What is the difference between PP and ABS cases?
PP (polypropylene) cases are chemical-resistant, lightweight, and have better low-temperature impact strength (good for cold-chain and outdoor). ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) cases have higher surface hardness, better scratch resistance, and a more polished look (good for retail and medical). For general B2B industrial use we recommend PP; for retail/medical use we recommend ABS.
Is the engineering plastic recyclable?
Yes - PP copolymer is 100% recyclable (recycling code 5). Glass-fibre reinforcement does not impede recycling. Used cases can be returned to our Guangdong factory for regrinding and reuse in non-critical applications (e.g. pallet base, internal support brackets).
How long for export delivery?
Production 30-45 days after deposit. Sea freight FOB Shenzhen / FOB Ningbo: 25-40 days. Air 5-7 days. Express (DHL/FedEx) 3-5 days for samples. T/T 30%/70%. We do NOT offer DDP.
